SPENCER DENNIS ALBERT On 24th October 2005, peacefully at home, Den aged 60 years, lost his battle with cancer that he fought with humour, courage and great dignity. A devoted and loving husband to Pat for almost 40 years. A proud and much loved dad of Paul and Nicky and to Chris and Justine. Adored grandad of Matthew, Megan and Daniel. Loved son of Jim and the late Rose, dear brother of Brian, Gary and David and to Lin and Tina, uncle of Jade and Godfather of Sarah. Son-in-law of Ray and the late Nora. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Sincerest gratitude to everyone who helped to improve the quality of Den's life over the past year, especially to family friends, Dr Powell, Dr Hickish, Dr Kirkham, the nurses on the Cancer Care Day Ward.
