O'BRIEN (née DUNKERLEY) ANITA MARY On 3rd January 2008 at
Forest Holme, Macmillan Hospice, Poole. Beloved wife of Brendan O'Brien and devoted and very dearly loved mother of Mark, Sarah and their families. An irreplaceable loss to her darling
twin sister Patricia Bonelli-Dunkerley
and her family. During the 1960's in Dublin, Anita, a violinist, and her sister were members of
the RTESO (forerunner of the National Symphony Orchestra of Ireland)
and after her husband's appointment as Leader of the Bournemouth Symphony
in 1968 she became active in
Dorset's musical life,
both as a performer and much loved teacher of countless violin pupils.  Requiem Mass will take place at the
Roman Catholic Church of
Our Lady Immaculate,
Seamoor Road, Westbourne,
on Friday 18th January at 11.00 am
followed by cremation at
