BOURNEMOUTH’S biggest fireworks party celebrates its 21st anniversary this year with a grand party being lined up at the Littledown Centre on Saturday, November 4.

The only fireworks event on the south coast with three top quality displays, including the famous White Knuckle – the region’s loudest and latest fireworks show – the stage is set for the Daily Echo-backed Bournemouth Fireworks to go with a bang.

"It’s the biggest show in town and everyone loves Bournemouth Fireworks so this year we’re pulling out all the stops to make sure it’s the best yet," said event director Michael Callaghan.

"We’re proud of our track record at the Littledown Centre and with up to 8,000 people expected it’s going to be a great night out for all the family."

As well as the three fireworks displays there’s the free entry indoor Family Fun Zone, with the amazing wildlife collection of Crazy Creatures, the acrobatics of Avonbourne Gym Club, Get Up & Bounce inflatable zone and the Get Up & Groove disco.

The drums and percussion of Samba Panashe will make sure everyone stays warm and there’s a giant late-night funfair, licensed bar and a full range of refreshments.

Outside, the Littledown Centre pitches play host to have-a-go sports sessions with local rugby, cricket, football, netball and tennis coaches, as well as the low-impact new sport YBall, which is based at Littledown.

Gates open at 5.30pm with fireworks displays at 7pm, 8pm and 9pm.

Tickets are on sale until November 4 priced £7.50 (under 16 £5, under 3 free) from Littledown Centre and from eventbrite.co.uk
