Elderly Bournemouth woman killed in Scotland crash named

AN 86-year-old Bournemouth woman killed in a head-on crash in Scotland on Monday night has been named as Geraldine Hodge.

The victim was a front seat passenger in a blue Mercedes which collided with a blue Volkswagen Golf on the A82 between Glasgow and Fort William in Stirlingshire.

Two other occupants of the Mercedes, a 54-year-old woman and 51-year-old man, were injured and taken to the Royal Aberdeen Hospital in Paisley. The 51-year-old male driver of the Golf was also taken to hospital.
