A MAN caused “extensive damage” to games machines during an afternoon rampage at betting shops across Bourne-mouth.
The vandal targeted six bookmakers on Sunday.
At 3.05pm police were called to Coral on Holdenhurst Road following reports a man had entered the shop and began damaging the machines inside.
Approximately two hours later it is said the same man entered Ladbrokes on Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, where similar damage was caused.
The man is then said to have continued his rampage at William Hill and Coral, both on Christchurch Road, Coral, on Southbourne Grove and Ladbrokes, on Portman Terrace.
Witnesses and anyone with information are asked to call Dorset Police on 101 quoting crime number C:14:C:20900, orthe free Crimestoppers line on 0800 555 111.
- A man was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and released on police bail.
