THE Coroner’s Office is appealing for help in identifying a man who collapsed and died in Boscombe on Saturday, March 29.
Andy Lord, coroner's officer, said after the man collapsed behind the Primark store he told a passer-by his name was Christopher, he was 63-years-old and lived locally.
However, despite extensive enquiries, he has not been formally identified and nobody has reported him missing.
He is described as being of average height and build with short greying hair, a grey goatee beard and moustache and has tattoos on both arms. At the time of his death he was wearing a black and grey All Terrain anorak, black jumper, blue jeans and black trainers.
Mr Lord added: “I am sure that somebody locally will know this gentleman and am keen to hear from anyone who may think they know who he is. Anyone with information can contact me via Dorset Police on 101 quoting incident number 29:291.”
