THE Life Begins 50+ show will come to the Bournemouth International Centre this weekend, featuring a celebrity chef, top entertainment and a huge range of exhibitors.

Tickets are selling quickly for this unique show on Sunday, which will have James Martin as the headline act.

Still a few years off 50, James strikes a chord with the target market with his down-to-earth wit and straight-talking Yorkshire tones.

The main stage will boast a backdrop of a real-life 1946 London bus, complete with working bar, and will host a wide variety of acts including a Frank Sinatra tribute performer and the glamorous GJ Cabarets, a diverse dance troupe.

A fashion show will feature award-winning outfits from recent I’m A Celebrity finalist David Emmanuel, now available at ladies clothes retailer Bonmarche.

And 1812 bar manager CJ will be bringing cocktail classes to the stage and showing off his bartender flair.

Visitors will also be able to try the Olympic sport of fencing, Zumba or holistic yoga while inspirational life coach Fiona Sutherland will be giving free self-assessments.

Frangipani beads designer Fran Griffith will help visitors create a unique piece of jewellery to enjoy forever, while Dorset Wildlife Trust will be running willow weaving sessions.

The hugely popular Bournemouth Rock choir and barbershop group Southern Union Chorus will entertain people and other activities will include wine tasting and rock climbing.
