Also convicted of failing without reasonable excuse to surrender to custody at Bournemouth Magistrates’ Court, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings. Also sentenced for original offences in respect of which a conditional discharge was given in August 2012: stealing a can of deodorant and toothpaste to the value of £10, belonging to Lloyds Pharmacy, High Street, Wimborne; failing to surrender to custody at Bournemouth Magistrates Court; stealing a joint of pork, to the value of £6.28, belonging to Co-op, Smugglers Lane, Colehill.
