RESIDENTS came home after Christmas Day to find burglars had forced their way in to steal jewellery and electronic items.
A Dorset Police spokesman said an intruder managed to open a front door “Yale type lock” in West Hill Road in Bournemouth between 10pm on Christmas Day and 4am on Boxing Day, stealing a Macbook Pro, an iPad, a Panasonic camera and an iPod.
And jewellery was taken from a property in Marlborough Road in Bournemouth between 6pm on Christmas Eve and 4.10pm on Friday, December 27 after entry was forced via a rear patio door.
Witnesses and anyone with information can call Dorset Police on 101.
