Judge sums up in trial of retired fireman David Bryant
The judge in the trial of David Bryant, a retired Christchurch fireman charged with buggery on a boy aged between 12 and 15 in the 1970s, was summing up the evidence yesterday afternoon.
Bryant, 63, of Grove Road East, denies the charge.
The trial is due to continue today.
