MARC DAVID CHURCHILL aged 33 of Benbow Crescent, Poole. Admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by East Dorset Magistrates’ Court on 03/06/2014 by failing to report as directed on 26/07/14 and 27/07/14 and failing to report for unpaid work on 31/07/14 and 01/08/14. The defendant must comply with the following requirements by the original end date of the order 02/06/2015. To carry out unpaid work for 20 hours within the next twelve months.

THOMAS JAMES LONG aged 27 of Legion Road, Poole. Admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by East Dorset Magistrates Court on 03/07/2014 by failing to behave in an acceptable manner at the work site on 30/07/14. Also convicted of original offence of harassment on 09/06/2014 at Worbarrow Gardens, Poole, when he made contact with a person which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order imposed by East Dorset Magistrates’ Court. Committed to prison for six weeks suspended for six months. Costs £30.

JOEL GABRIELLE DAVID WHITLOCK aged 20 of Petersham Road, Creekmoor, Poole. Admitted possession of an offensive weapon at Al’s Diner, Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth on 26/07/2014. Fined £140. To pay victim surcharge of £20. Costs £40.

DARREN MISFUD aged 37 of Bailey Crescent, Poole. Admitted contravening Byelaw 2(a) of the Poole Harbour Byelaws, in that he navigated a vessel without care and caution and at such speed and in such a manner as to endanger lives and the safety of other vessels on 30/03/2014. Also admitted on the above date being in charge of an unnamed craft on Poole Harbour and did travel in excess of 10 knots. Fined a total of £150. To pay victim surcharge of £20. Costs £300.

GLEN M DONOHUE aged 40 of Sterte Court, Street Close, Poole. Admitted driving a Ford Transit van, Reg No KM53 FFO, on Ringwood Road, Poole otherwise than in accordance with a licence. Fined £50. To pay victim surcharge of £20. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months. Licence endorsed with six penalty points.
