POOLE Audi was host to the region’s most powerful chefs and restaurateurs at an event that saw the launch of its Feast dining guide.
More than 110 guests attended the launch, which showcased five Poole restaurants alongside a fine wine pairing, from the Royal household’s wine merchant, Berry Bros. and Rudd.
Feast itself is a collection of impartial restaurant reviews, recipes and interviews and presents its readers with an unbiased view of fine dining in Poole, Dorset, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
David Kelly, Poole Audi’s MD, said: “The profile of guest at the launch of Feast represented a significant cross section of the most influential individuals within the restaurant fraternity in the south.
“And as intended there was a bias towards Poole, where the guide is focused.
“The event introduced Feast to its audience accompanied by some stunning canapés from the Custom House, the FJB Group, Storm, Hotel du Vin and Patrick’s. Further to that Lesley Waters circulated with the guests and Nigel Bloxham from the Crab House Café personally served his Portland oysters.”
