Also admitted stealing a pair of trousers to the value of £115 from Karen Millen, Bournemouth. Also admitted committing a further offence while subject to an order of conditional discharge. Also sentenced for original offence in respect of which a conditional discharge was made in April: stealing a boy’s black technical ski coat, to the value of £75, belonging to Animal, Dolphin Centre, Poole. Discharged conditionally for 12 months.

DENNIS ROYSTON CROAD aged 85 of Wavell Avenue, Poole. Admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour at Poole. Restraining order made not to contact victim. Fined £35. To pay victim surcharge of £20. Costs £85.

CRAIG NICHOLAS MASSAY aged 34 of Lacey Crescent, Poole. Admitted assaulting a woman by beating at Poole. Also admitted criminal damage to an interior wall, door and picture frame at Churchill Gardens, Poole. Also admitted obstructing a constable in the execution of his duty. Community order made to participate in Building Better Relationships for 42 days. Also to carry out unpaid work for 140 hours within the next 12 months. To pay compensation toalling £375.

DEAN CHRISTOPHER HOSKING aged 23 of HMP Winchester, Romsey Road. Pleaded not guilty but found guilty of threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour at High Street, Poole. Also admitted failing without reasonable excuse to surrender to custody at Bournemouth Magistrates’ Court, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings. Fined a total of £300. To pay victim surcharge of £20.
