Also convicted of failing without reasonable excuse to surrender to custody at Bournemouth Magistrates’ Court, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on 12/12/2013 at Bournemouth Police Station. Also convicted of stealing three North Face Ski Jackets, to the value of £759.86, belonging to Snowtrax Ltd on 08/01/2014. Also convicted of failing without reasonable excuse to surrender to custody at Bournemouth Magistrates’ Court on 30/01/2014, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on 09/01/2014 at Bournemouth Magistrates Court. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months.

MARK FOWELL of Hythe Road, Poole. Admitted, as a self employed person, contravening the Health and Safety at Work Act by failing to ensure that the recovery of a site office cabin with a lorry-mounted crane was properly planned by a competent person and was carried out safely. Fined £4,000. Costs £6,000.
