A MAN with cerebral palsy is looking for Miss Right - and has already recorded their song.

Nick Farmer of Bournemouth has written and performed the number Make My Heart Your Home as part of his search for love

The track has already been described as 'beautiful', 'fab' and 'amazing' by admirers on YouTube.

Nick, 31, lives in supported accommodation at Shaftesbury Court in Winton.

He said: “Everyone hopes to find true love and people go about it in different ways. I love music and singing and so I thought writing and recording a song would be good.

“I find I can express myself well through song lyrics and Make My Heart Your Home is a perfect example.

“It's a very personal song and means a great deal to me. It tells of my search for true love and I really hope that it will help me meet that very special person who can make my life complete.”

Angela Channing of East Boro - which provides housing and support for vulnerable adults - said: “Nick comes from a very supportive and talented family and it's no surprise to see him write and sing such a beautiful song.

“He has lived with us here at Shaftesbury Court for almost 10 years now and his progress and development in all aspects of his life have been remarkable.

“Nick is a lovely, kind and creative young man who has a fabulous personality and the warmth of his character flows through his words.

“Everyone at East Boro and Shaftesbury Court is very proud of him and we're all walking around humming and whistling his song.”

Nick is also hoping to raise money for the Treloar Trust in Alton, which provides education, care and support for young people with disabilities. You can donate at justgiving.com/nathan-thomas6
