POOLE firm Care South has announced the interim appointment of Nick Farmer as director of care services.
He will manage residential services and work with the Care Quality Commission to ensure the company is achieving high standards at its 18 homes across the south.
He has worked in a variety of senior leadership roles in SMEs and large multi-site service sector businesses.
Care South has also appointed two new managers. Neil Dominy, former manager of Maiden Castle House at Dorchester, is now running Fairlawn in Ferndown, while Dawn Palmer is managing Maiden Castle House.
Care South chief executive Susan Willoughby said: “These new appointments consolidate the team at Care South and we are delighted to welcome all three members of staff into their new roles.
