WE'RE not in Kansas any more, Toto - but a twister has been spotted in the skies over Bournemouth.
A small tornado filmed above Westbourne this morning has been shared on social media.

The bank holiday weekend has got off to an unpromising start, with overcast skies and unusually chilly temperatures this morning.
However, bright sunshine and highs of 12C have been predicted for the afternoon.
Tomorrow bad weather will return again, with forecasters warning of heavy rain during the afternoon.
