Applications for the Gladstone Mews eco homes in Boscombe are now open to Bournemouth residents.
An opportunity to purchase a shared ownership home is now open to all those with a local connection to Bournemouth.
There are 11 houses left, with five applicants currently being considered.
One of the units is a two-bedroom bungalow that potentially may be suited to wheelchair users or those with accessibility needs.
If all homes are successfully purchased, then any approved applicants remaining will go on a waiting list.
Clare Hirst, business support manager with the Bournemouth 2026 Trust, said: “The houses are nearing completion and are looking fantastic.
“Every garden is being fitted with a shed, water butt, composter, rotary washing line and a birdhouse all in keeping with the sustainability theme of the development.
“We are excited to hand over the homes to new owners.”
Open market value ranges from £180,000 to £235,000. Prospective residents will need to raise a deposit and mortgage for 65 per cent of the sale price – between £117,000 and £152,750.
The homes are due to be finished next month. For more information call 07795 557890.
