ENTREPRENEURS are being urged to enter the Dorset Tourism Awards as the June 29 deadline nears.
Headline sponsor Saffery Champness has instigated a new tourism entrepreneur category for this year.
Partner Andrew Alder, left, said: “We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate vision, innovation, and leadership along with a track record of contributing to the Dorset business community.
“We are calling for all of these vibrant and innovative individuals to enter the awards and to be recognised by their peers and the county’s tourism industry as a whole.”
Mr Alder added: “At Safferys we work closely with many entrepreneurs, helping them plan and build their business.
“The award is not just about the journey to where they are but where they are going as well.”
Judges will also look at how businesses have overcome risks and obstacles in addition to reviewing past financial perfor-mance and future projections.
Special extensions are possible for those who have registered an interest in the awards by midnight on Sunday, June 29.
