JOIN Julia’s House for the annual Superheroes Night Walk along Bournemouth Seafront on Friday, June 20.
Fancy dress is optional and there’s a choice of a three or five mile route, making it suitable for all ages and abilities.
The walk, which sets off from Bournemouth Pier at 10pm, marks the end of Children’s Hospice Week.
It costs £10 to enter, but any extra sponsorship money is appreciated by the charity.
Everyone who completes the walk will receive a medal and a cupcake.
Challenge events fundraiser Steve Mills said: “Please don’t worry if you haven’t got a costume.
“You don’t have to dress up, just turn up.
“Taking part is far more important than what you wear.
“The families Julia’s House supports are the real heroes, facing difficult times together.
“So come along and be a hero for them.”
The charity is also inviting schools and businesses to take part in Hero Friday and dress up in their Superhero costumes or masks during the day in return for a donation to Julia’s House.
