A SOUTHBOURNE man accused of driving dangerously in Christchurch has been released on bail.
During his appearance at Bournemouth Magistrates Court on April 22, Kane Salmon entered no plea to the charge of driving a black Ford Focus dangerously on Somerford Road on April 16.
He also faces charges of driving without insurance, driving without a licence and failing to report an accident.
Another charge of failing to stop was withdrawn by the prosecution during court proceedings.
The magistrates sent the case to Bournemouth Crown Court and Salmon was released on conditional bail. He is next due to appear on May 19.
In order to comply with his bail conditions, Salmon, of Kimberley Road, must not enter the Townsend Estate.
The 25-year-old was also told he must not make contact with a group of individuals connected with an alleged incident in Jewell Road, during which a man sustained pellet injuries.
