A POST mortem into the death of a man at Poole Park last week took place yesterday.
The body of the man was discovered on Friday close to the public toilets at the West Gate entrance to the park by a council worker.
Emergency services went to the scene at around 7.40am that day.
The death is not being treated as suspicious at this stage.
A spokesperson from Dorset Police said that the man’s next of kin have now been found.
However, she added: “The man has not yet been formally identified.
“Therefore, an inquest is unlikely to take place this week.”
