Portland coastguard helicopter airlifted a boy to hospital after he was injured playing football.

The 11-year-old was taken from King George's Playing Fields, Swanage to Dorset County Hospital on Sunday afternoon.

The coastguard rescue team from Swanage assisted at the playing fields and Wyke Coastguard and Weymouth Sector Manager manned the Dorchester A&E Helicopter Landing Site.
