A BOURNEMOUTH woman has denied making a false allegation of attempted rape in November 2012.

Nicole Richess pleaded not guilty to one count of making a false allegation of attempted rape with intent to pervert the course of public justice, at Bournemouth Crown Court on Friday, April 4.

Prosecutor Anita Gibson-Lee said there was likely to be an “awful lot” of text and Facebook messages submitted in evidence during the trial on October 6.

The 20-year-old, of Helyar Road, was released on unconditional bail to return to court on August 29.
