TWO men arrested following an alleged fail to stop crash and assault in Bournemouth on Saturday have been released on bail.
A 20-year-old man, of no fixed abode, and a 17-year-old boy from Verwood – both arrested on suspicion of assault occasioning actual bodily harm – were released on police bail until the beginning of April.
The alleged incident, in which a 19-year-old man was said to have been hit by a car, and punched and kicked as he lay on the pavement, took place in Leydene Avenue at around 2.15am.
