A TRANSPORT lifeline has been thrown to residents between Lytchett Matravers and Poole, thanks to morebus.
The company announced last week a new route 10 service will be added to its network from Monday, April 7.
Ed Wills, operations director at morebus, says that they believe that the new route 10 can be run without the support of local government subsidies and succeed where a previous operator removed a service.
He said: “We have listened to requests to provide a sustainable link from Lytchett Matravers, via Upton Crossroads to Poole bus station and feel that the investment in resources will be well placed.”
The new hourly service will be promoted with the theme ‘ten good reasons’.
