Bournemouth Echo: Stony Lane partially reopened following floods Stony Lane partially reopened following floods

Stony Lane in Burton has partially reopened following floods last week.

The road under the railway bridge from the village to Stony Lane roundabout has reopened from the village but access is still restricted from the roundabout into the village.

It was first closed on Sunday January 5 due to flood water from nearby fields.

The Avon Causeway remains closed.

So I Guess from that complicated explanation they mean......it's open only one way from the village to the roundabout.

Well if some drivers were ignoring the signs when the road was completely shut their hardly going to let a one way system hinder their progress?
