UPDATE: Emergency services attend single vehicle crash in Bournemouth

POLICE, ambulance and the fire service were called to the Cooper Dean roundabout this morning after a car crashed into traffic lights.

The emergency services were called at 9.41am, a police spokesman said.

A Volvo car, driven by an elderly man, had crashed into traffic lights near the Toby Carvery.

He was left with minor injuries.

The council was called to fix the lights and recovery was called for the car.
