A WOMAN will appear in court following a fatal motorbike crash nearly two years ago.
Charlotte Hardwick, 27, has been issued with a postal requisition to appear at Poole Magistrates’ Court for allegedly causing death by careless or inconsiderate driving.
A grey Suzuki Swift and a black Kawasaki motorbike crashed in Barrack Road, at the junction with Avenue Road, Christchurch, on September 30, 2022.
The crash, which happened shortly before 9am, saw the road closed for much of the day as investigators carried out examinations of the scene.
The rider of the motorbike, a man in his 40s and from Bournemouth, died at the scene.
Hardwick, of Bournemouth, has been ordered to appear before magistrates on Friday, May 17.
