RESIDENTS have been complaining about yobbish behaviour in Dorset neighbourhoods.

Reports have been made to the police of people banging on doors, ringing doorbells, and running off.

The anti-social behaviour can be 'distressing' for residents, a police spokesman said.

The Wareham Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT) carried out a patrol in relation to anti-social behaviour in the Wool, Bovington and Upton areas.

A spokesman said: "This can be very distressing to members of the public.

"We are pleased to report that there were no issues at the respective hot spots this evening and no further reports made to police."

Anti-social behaviour or intelligence can be reported directly to Dorset Police by visiting https://orlo.uk/ADZrZ/ and clicking on the ‘Report your intelligence’ button.
